Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free from makeup, sweat, or deodorant marks.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
